Mr. Jack T. Constantino (Executive Director)
Undergraduate studies at Thiel College and completion of Undergraduate
and Graduate work at University of Pittsburgh (Cum-Laude) in
Administration of Justice and studies toward MPA. Graduate of the Chicago
School of Advanced Traffic, extended studies with the Wharton School of
Business specializing in Finance Management. Completion of Liberty
Mutual’s Paragon Risk Management programs focusing on Workers’
Compensation Risk Management.
Experience – operated one of North America’s largest Exempt and
licensed Brokerage Firms from 1976 through 2000. In 1978, founded a
trailer leasing company, Exempt Express, Inc. and later consolidated
interests with another operating entity. CEO/President of C.D.S. Lines,
the Nation’s sixth largest privately owned Refrigerated Truckload Carrier
with over 1,200 drivers.
Due to his extensive experience in all aspects of Transportation, Mr.
Constantino has been an expert witness in many court cases on the Local,
State and Federal level. He has testified in State Courts throughout the
United States for issues covering Employee Compensation, Sexual Harassment,
Reconstruction of Accidents involving Soft Tissue Injuries, Fatalities,
Tort Liability & Cargo Claims, Chapter 11, Hazardous Material Spills
& Recovery, Environmental Impact and “Hour of Services” Violations.
Recently, he was an expert witness in a State Case involving a Major
State Route Change for a County and Local Municipalities. He is available
upon a request with a 14-day advance notice for written opinions and

Mrs. Nancy Constantino (President/CEO)
Primary shareholder of the Procurement & Logistic stock as well as
co-developer of the concepts and design of the 26 e-commerce Programs.
Initial career started with American Bridge, a Division of U.S. Steel.
Reported directly to Mr. Charles Corry the prior CEO of U.S. Steel. Founder
of a nationwide swimming pool company still operating today but sold her
major interest in it. Handled all Sales & Marketing for the
development of the Company and managed the entire sales force. Ventured
into the Fragrance Industry and managed the mid-central states for the
Alfred Sung line and increased sales by 150 % within her first six (6)
months. Set-up special functions with Bob Mackie, designer and Children’s
Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Retired and raised two (2) beautiful
children, Rachael that now teaches students with learning disabilities in
Ohio and Sam a senior at John Carroll University. Next, co-coordinated
all special marketing, sales and special events for one of the Nation’s
Largest Truckload Motor Carriers with functions throughout the U.S.,
Canada and Mexico. Certified in Hazardous Materials and an expert in EDI
and other cutting edge technologies.
Mr. Wayne C. Mikus Jr. (General Manager)
After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a Magna
Cum Laude he pursued a Professional Baseball career. The Oakland A’s with
their minor club in Pocatello, ID.
Making the squad for three years he then decided to leave
Professional Sports and utilize his true talents for problems solving and
selling.
His focused his energies on Sales and being the true “people person”
he had evolved to become through his experiences. Quickly advanced in the Field of
Medicine and covered West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio for senior
ophthalmologists. He became
familiar with Logistics in both his travels and the products that were
shipped from all corners of the United States. Next he ventured into the specialty of surgical
products with one of North America’s largest Pharmaceutical Companies. In 1994 & 1995 received the
award as Salesman of the Year for North America. Expert in training large
multi- functional sales forces in technical applications and Pharmacists
with new lines of medical equipment for ostomy, urological and diabetic
treatments.
Being a National Account Manager he made presentations to all levels
of Management and especially to the CEO & CFO’s of our Country’s
largest medical providers.
Wayne compliments our Group by his philosophy of utilizing all of
the resources available to meet the needs of a Customer, create business
opportunities and maintain a long-term trade partnership.
Mr. Eric K. Stewart (Assistant General Manager)
Eric started his career in a most aggressive manner. Graduated
University of Pittsburgh majoring in Information Science and immediately
entered the Field of Transportation. Immediately after graduating held
two (2) positions with Pitt Ohio Express, Inc & Keystone Dedicated
Logistics. His positions covered all areas of Supply Chain Management;
hands on. Inventory cycles,
in and out flow. An expert
in Hazardous Material shipments both Domestic and International.
To compliment his Traffic experience, he brings to our Group an
addition dimension of Web site development & Database
Administrator. His programs
span JavaScript, EDI, Departmental databases and SQL.
Eric maintains a complete balance in his life even with the very fast
pace of our Transportation Division. Playing College Football he continues his athletic
activities with being very active in the Game of Golf. He is very active in the Gym and
believes that staying in good physical conditions helps him greatly in
his overwhelming responsibilities in the Transportation Division. A true honor being the Captain of
his State Championship Football Team and this role lets him appreciate
the demands on leadership and the price one pays for Victory or
Defeat. They did indeed win
the State Championship.
Mr. Jesse Boehme (Analyst)
Jesse has joined our Group after a very
diversified Career. A native of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Peters
Township; his primary undergraduate work was in Biology from Point Park
University. However,
he elected to enter the Retail Sales area for over ten years and received
constant promotions to become a Manager and the Chairman of the Safety
Board for the State. He played
Defensive Middle Guard for Peter’s Township High School and participated
in many other clubs. His
writings have been published in the local literary compilations on short
stories, poetry and majored in fiction. Involved in traditional martial art of Tang Soo DO
Korean Karate. Jesse still remains as an avid outdoorsman, hunter, hiker
and angler. He makes his own
lures and flies and has taken 18 species of game fish with them. This is how he balances the fast
pace of our Transportation Group and the commitment to exceptional
service. He also volunteered collecting data for the Pennsylvania State
Game Commission of the yearly Migration of the various species of
Birds. We think this gives
him the patience to assist our Valued Customers with difficult situations
as they develop in their Supply Chain Management of their Time Sensitive
truckload shipments. Jesse’s
namesake fits him well, in that he is common, cool and collective in all
areas of our business. We
welcome you to call him and he as well looks forward to assisting our
Valued Clients in the Transportation Division with the timely movement of
their Fine Products.
Mr. Ronald Bullard (Analyst)
In 1986 Ron was a First Class Lieutenant in the United States Marine
Corps and advanced to work in the US Pentagon with strategic
responsibility for Military Installations worldwide. He became responsible for the
coordination of All Equipment movements and Logistic Planning. Although Ron is a native of
Pennsylvania, his undergraduate degree is from South Carolina Sate,
Orangeburg, South Carolina. From Charleroi, Pennsylvania in High School
was an outstanding athlete.
A running back and also a starter on the Track Team in the
Sprinting and Long Jump competition. Ron played 2nd baseman in both High School
and for South Carolina State; he became he Captain of the College
Team. His career spans in
Financial Services, Securities, Insurance and Management Sales for
Procurement. A Father of two wonderful children. The pride of his life is his
Daughter, Rona a Local and State Triple Jump champion holding many
records. Rona intends to continue
her graduate degree in Law.
Ron’s son, Ronald, Jr. is involved in the communications
field. Ron married in his
early Twenties has several grandchildren that keep him quite busy. Ron welcomes our valued Clients
telephone call to assist them with the Truckload and LTL movements. All of his life experiences have
made him the gentleman you will find him to be. Detail and determination
are qualities that
Tom Cannon (Junior Analyst)
Tom has been very active in the intermodal area as well as the
truckload sector. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and resided
for many years in the fine State of Washington. His degree is in
Logistics and graduated with a 3.85 GPA and proceeded with his MBNA in
Economics. He first got involved in the Field of Transportation with
Agricultural Cooperatives such as NWAC, Mid America Farmlines and later
with Land o’ Lakes. Time sensitive Temperature Control shipments became
his primary assignments and achieved a 98.65% on time delivery percentage
to both Retailers and Major Wholesalers throughout all North America.
Held a number of Manager positions with some of the nation’s largest LTL
And Truckload Motor Carriers. His extensive experience to perishable and
commodities adds a new dimension in our Transportation Division. Tom has
been assigned a dedicated role with one of the Largest Valued Clients
utilizing the services of our Driver Team (expedited service). Soon he
will have an assistant and welcomes future opportunities to assist other
Valued Clients with Temperature Control Shipments.
Mr. Scott Zeeger (Esq., Corporate Council)
Scott became Corporate counsel in 1999 after our longstanding counsel
of nearly Two (2) decades elected to become a Judge in Washington County.
Attorney Zegeer brings to our Group a broad scope of litigation. A true benefit is that he is also
a Certified Public Accountant as well. Scott was admitted to practice in the State of
Pennsylvania, West Virginia and the District of Columbia as well as other
States. His Bachelor's
degree is from West Virginia University. He achieved his Law degree from
one of North America's finest, The George Washington University of Law.
Mr. Zegeer specializes in complex corporate transactions, including
mergers, acquisitions and other corporate combinations. An expert in all International,
Federal, State and Local taxation matters. Even though he is actively involved in both
professional areas; he maintains a great sense of humor. Recently, he became an avid
golfer and has a wonderful Family.
His wife, Mary also holds an Undergraduate Degree from The
University of West Virginia and has made time to be a Mother of four (4)
beautiful children.
Mr. Sam Papa (Consultant)
Sam compliments our Management Group and a Graduate of John Carroll
University. He achieved a dual undergraduate degree in both Marketing and
Communications.
His Association with our Group is predicated on his extensive
knowledge of finance and can design platforms to improve all portals in
this area. He will be
available on a retainer basis with a minimum of three days on site at
Manufactures or Motor Carrier Corporate Offices, Plants or
Terminals. In addition, he
will be responsible for the fifty (50) E-commerce Programs, Accounting
and Company Payroll functions. Due to his Marketing background and
creativity he will also be involved in additional R&D projects, E-commerce
Programs and expand the collaborative area of our interactive Supply
Chain Management and reverse logistic initiative. He is also quite active
in the Sport of Golf and has participated in a number of Pro-Am
Tournaments.
Mr. Thomas Burkett (Associate/Crisis Management/Reorganization)
Graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts in
Accounting with Honors. Continued education at Ohio University, Athens,
Ohio obtaining an MBA with Honors.
Senior Auditor for Arthur Anderson & Company. Held various
Executive Management positions, including CFO, for Education Management
Corporation, one of the nations’ largest corporate providers of
proprietary post-record education. From 1997 through 2000 developed and
operated consulting business offering interim and short-term management
and financial services. Crisis Management and Bankruptcy services
provided to companies involved in Chapter 11 for Manufacturing and
Transportation. Planning and advisory services provided to a Real Estate
Developer, a Beverage Producer and a Bioinformatics Company.
The Honorable Judge Mark Mascara (Associate)
Undergraduate Degree from Washington & Jefferson College and Law
Degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Initially, a law clerk for
the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Maintained a Private Practice in
construction litigation and all modes of surface transportation and
corporate council for nearly 20 years. Solicitor for the Borough of
Charleroi, Borough of New Eagle, Washington Country Industrial
Development Authority, and Waste Management. Since 1986 he has been the
Senior Counsel with the Pennsylvania Board of Claims for research and
drafting of Opinions and Official Orders.
Mr. Tim Lightholder (Associate/Specialist - Marketing & Design)
A graduate of Grove City College with degrees in Business
Administration and Economics with a concentration in Marketing.
Twenty-year veteran of the photographic and photo finishing industries.
Founder and President of Express Photo Color Labs and Portrait Studios.
Extensive experience in all aspects of photo finishing at the retail,
professional and commercial levels. A Member of the Society of Photo
finishing Engineers. Has attended various manufacturers technical
training schools. Designed and installed a variety of different photo
processions systems, labs and studios. Has conducted various seminars for
industry professionals
Ten years experience in the Digital Imaging Industry. During this
period, operated a Design and Marketing firm, specializing in commercial
and technical accounts. Produced entire graphics packages and marketing
programs, services raged from actual photographic services, writing copy,
designing final out put media. Served as Division Director for the color
division of a large metropolitan reprographics firm. Extensive
understanding of the imaging process, whether photographic, offset press,
laser graphic, or wide formal digital. Worked with purchasers and users
of graphic output services, ranging from commercial accounts to museums
and institutions. Has recently served as the Director of Digital
Technology for a large distributor of document management and production
equipment. Serves in a consulting role, with much time spent in training
and in the field with in-house graphic production and On Demand Publishing
Systems
Mr. Thomas Maines (Insurance Underwriter)
Formal education at the university of Massachusetts and Duquesne
University, School of Business Administration. Additionally, numerous
continuing educations courses in his chosen field of Property and Casualty
Insurance.
Began insurance career by establishing an independent insurance agency
in 1960. In 1964, the agency directed its specialization to
transportation insurance coverage as the Maines & McGinley Agency. In
1973, the company incorporated as Trans America Underwriters, Inc. with
Mr. Maines serving as President and principal stockholder. The agency
today continues as a Transportation Insurance Specialty business.
Additionally, the agency is knowledgeable in Transportation Safety and
Regulatory issues. Member of the Western Pennsylvania Motor Carrier
Safety Council.
Civic contributions include serving as the 1st Vice President of the
National Korean War Veterans Association from 1988 – 1992. In this
capacity, he served as Chairman of Fund Raising for the Korean War
Veterans Memorial established, on the Mall, in our Nation’s Capital. He
is on the Board of Directors of Korea 2000 established by the Department
of Defense, at the directions of the President, to recognize the
sacrifices of the American Military during the Korean War. This
international recognition continues until July 27, 2003.
Dr. Shannon Vissman, PT (Workers’ Comp. /Panel Selection
Administrator)
A Graduate of Slippery Rock University of Physical Therapy program
with specialization in Ergonomics and Work Injury Prevention Systems. He
also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from James
Madison University.
Dr. Vissman is the Founder and President of SmartComp, LLC and Vissman
Therapeutics. Both companies are on the frontier of lowering Workers’
Compensation costs through innovative techniques in case management, work
injury prevention and rehabilitation. These companies work integrally
with local and national companies’ brokers and insurance companies to
reduce experience modifies, indemnity and medical costs.
